By creating an account or using ImSafe, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
ImSafe is a family location-sharing and safety app. It lets parents check on a young adult's location, and lets family members send check-ins and SOS alerts to each other.
ImSafe is not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services directly. We cannot guarantee that alerts, messages, or location updates will be delivered instantly or at all — network issues, device settings, or connectivity can delay or prevent delivery.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Family groups are intended for real families or households; parents/guardians adding younger members are responsible for their account and its use.

ImSafe is provided "as is." Location accuracy depends on device hardware, signal conditions, and permissions granted on each device, and may not always be exact or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImSafe and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including delayed or failed delivery of alerts or location data.
You may stop using ImSafe and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
